Silab shared its eco-friendly initiatives during 2021 in a new report that highlights its developments in sustainability strategies, human potential, responsible sourcing, a preserved environment and support of communities. The company concentrates its actions on sustainability through the Actively Caring CSR program.

Silab’s interactive online report details the company’s activities in the five main categories of development and includes a video highlighting the achievements. The report also celebrates the EcoVadis platinum rating the company received in 2020, placing it among the top 1% of participating companies.
Some initiatives mentioned in the report include innovation investments, training, consideration of sustainability criteria for supplies, projects to manage water consumption and support for medical research through Silab’s Jean Paufique Corporate Foundation.
Xavier Gaillard, deputy general manager for strategy and responsible for CSR at Silab, said, "These five essential pillars are the foundation of our Actively Caring CSR program, which naturally commits us to a sustainable world. Through our annual initiatives report, we wish to share with all our stakeholders the actions implemented to reach our 2025 objectives."
