BESIL REG 1103 B (INCI: Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone/Vinyltrimethylsiloxysilicate Crosspolymer (and) Caprylyl Dimethicone Ethoxy Glucoside) is a lightweight silicone elastomer gel with sugar-based functionality that provides a velvety texture, spreadability and wrinkle-reducing, soft focus effects. This water-compatible gel formulates into water-based and anhydrous formulations without additional emulsifiers. It also is compatible as a cream base, opaque mousse foundation or a clear gel.
